Appearance
Your profile & preferences
Open My Profile from the profile menu (top right). The profile has five tabs: Overview, Usage, Memory, Security and — on hosted deployments — Billing.
Overview
At a glance — your name, organisation, plan, date joined and last login.
Personal information — first and last name, username, email (verified badge), phone number. Press Save Changes after editing; the email address cannot be changed here.
Preferences — saved as soon as you change them:
| Preference | Effect |
|---|---|
| Language | English or Arabic for the interface and for generated text (summaries, questions, assistant replies) |
| Language Model | The default model the assistant and document chats use. The list is set by your administrator |
| Appearance | Light, dark, or follow the system |
Connections & consent
- Telegram notifications — link your Telegram account (scan the QR code) to receive workflow alerts there.
- Workflow training consent — opt in or out of sharing your workflows to improve the product.
- Connected services — a shortcut to Connections, the external tools the assistant may use with your login.
Usage
What your account has consumed this period, against the plan's limits:
- Plan usage — workflow runs this month (resets on the 1st), storage used (media, vector data, workflow data) and, where cost tracking is enabled, tokens and spend for the last 30 days with a daily chart and a breakdown by model.
- Successful runs by workflow — which workflows do the work.
Storage figures come from a periodic scan, so they can lag a little behind an upload or a delete.
Memory
What the assistant remembers about you across chats and workflows — preferences ("always answer in Arabic for treasury reports"), facts about your setup, and notable past events. Memories are written automatically after conversations and can be added by hand (Add memory) or removed one at a time or all at once (Forget everything). Memory can be switched off for an organisation; the tab then says so.
See Chat AI → Memory for how memories are used.
Security
Passwords, two-factor authentication, passkeys, connected sign-in accounts, the recovery code and account deletion — covered in Signing in & security.
Billing
Your current plan and its renewal date, Upgrade plan (opens the plans page), Cancel Subscription, and Payment history with downloadable invoices. See Plans, billing & usage.
Developer options
On development deployments a Developer Options section lets you point the app at a different backend. It is not shown on production.
